is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Remedial Massage Therapist and certified Yoga instructor with 20 years of experience.

Trained through the esteemed 5-year program of the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Montreal, her graduate research involved Osteopathic treatment to lower the fall risk of elders with balance and reaction time issues. (2024)
